(makes 8 standard size pancakes)
½ C. brown flour
½ C. white flour
¼ t. sea salt
¼ t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
1 egg- beaten
2 T. olive oil
1 ¼ C. whole cultured buttermilk
Mix wet ingredients in with the dry using a whisk. Cook ¼ C. of batter at a time in a HOT greased pan on the stove top.
