Soaking Grains Recipe Series Part 5: Pizza Dough

This recipe is enough for 2 large size pizzas.
1 ¼ C. Water
½ C. Buttermilk
2 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Honey
Pour all of the wet ingredients into a bread machine pan.
2 C. White Flour
2 C. Brown Flour
Dump into pan over wet. Allow your bread machine to combine everything. After it is finished, cancel the setting, unplug, cover the pan and allow it to sit for 12-24 hours.

This is what it looks like after it is mixed and before soaking.

 2 t. Salt
2 t. Yeast
Sprinkle over dough ball. Turn your bread machine on to the DOUGH setting and you are all finished.

I added a little extra olive oil along with the salt and yeast.

After it is fully finished- nice rise.

Pictures of the rest of the process....

By the way, it tasted fantastic!!
