With the cooler weather here and making a couple of fires
with the guys in our yard in the evenings I was really in the mood for some hot
cocoa. Here is the super easy recipe for homemade and not instant hot cocoa. It
is totally shocking to read the ingredient list on the instant stuff!!
1/3 C. Cocoa Powder
1/3 C. Sugar
4 C. Milk
In a medium saucepan combine dry ingredients, 1 C. of the
milk and whisk it together until combined. Add in the rest of the milk and heat
on medium-high, heat whisking almost constantly, until piping hot. DO NOT
BOIL!!

I want to try to make some Chocolate Chai next- mmm sounds
so good! Oh, and some Hot Apple Cider too! (Is that the same thing as Wassail?)
