Makes 8 standard size pancakes.
½ C. Brown Flour
½ C. White Flour
Dump your flour into a large measuring bowl or medium size
mixing bowl.
2 T. Olive Oil
1 ¼ C. Buttermilk (whole cultured)
2 t. Honey
Add wet ingredients to the flour and whisk until blended.
Cover loosely and let sit in a warm place for 12-24 hours. (less time is better- unless you want sour pancakes!)
Ready to soak. |
½ t. Salt
¼ t. Baking Soda
1 t. Baking Powder
1 Beaten Egg
