(for 1 Large- double portions are in the
parenthesis)
5 oz. Hot Water (1 ¼ C.)
¼ C. Milk (1/2 C.)
1 T. Olive Oil (2 T.)
1 ½ t. Honey (1 T.)
1 t. Sea Salt (2 t.)
Place all into bread machine pan.
1 C. White Flour (2 C.)
1 C. Brown Flour (2 C.)
Add into wet. Make a well in the center and
place 1 t. (1 t.) of yeast in it.
Select
your DOUGH function. When finished, knead, roll, stretch, and bake as
usual.
