2 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes drained
1/8 t. black pepper
1/4 t. salt
pinch of garlic powder
2 t. dry cilantro (or 2 T. fresh)
1 t. lime juice
1 jalapeno
1/2 sweet onion quartered
Put it all into the blender and blend. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow the flavors to blend together.
