Soaking Grains Recipe Series Part 7: Soaked Granola Bars- Fruit and Nut and Chocolate Chip

Beat together:
½ Stick Butter- soft
¼ C. Nut Butter
½ C. Honey
1 T. Sourdough Starter, Buttermilk, Yogurt, Whey, ACV, etc.

Beat in:
½ C. Flour (any flour will work, even rice!)
2 ½ C. Rolled Oats

Allow to sit for 8 or more hours to soak.
 Beat in:
1 t. Vanilla Extract
½ t. Baking Soda
Stir in up to 1 C. of add ins.

Pour into a greased 9 X 13 dish and press down VERY WELL.

Bake for approximately 23 minutes. Or until sides are just beginning to get brown.

Cool on wire racks. Cut into bars of desired shape and size. 

These freeze great and thaw out very quickly.
